By submitting a listing on ONEK, you agree to the following:

1.Accuracy of Information

You confirm that all information submitted (business details, services, images, pricing, contact details) is accurate and up to date.

2.Listing Approval

All listings are subject to review and approval by the ONEK team. ONEK reserves the right to approve, reject, edit, or remove listings at its discretion.

3.Free Listings (Phase 1)

Listings are currently free as part of ONEK’s launch phase. Future paid features or premium listings may be introduced, with prior notice.

4.No Guarantee of Bookings

ONEK provides a directory and planning platform only. We do not guarantee enquiries, bookings, or business outcomes.

5.Vendor–Client Relationship

Any agreement, communication, or transaction between vendors and couples is solely between those parties. ONEK is not responsible for disputes, payments, or service delivery.

6.Content Usage

By submitting content (logos, images, descriptions), you grant ONEK permission to display this content on the platform for promotional and directory purposes.

7.Removal of Listings

Vendors may request removal of their listing at any time. ONEK may also remove listings that breach these terms.

8.Platform Changes

ONEK may update features, functionality, or policies as the platform evolves
